Ok- it has been MONTHS! MONTHS! Since my last post. Shameful! I have got to be better about this. I am rocking and rolling again- Steve and I are doing it together which helps. He is a calorie nazi and I need someone to help me out :) He is helping to keep me honest.
I have to share that I came in second in the Biggest Loser contest at my gym- that was nice :) Of course I was going for first- but next time!
I am tracking my progress with www.myfitnesspal.com and it is really helping- I find that it doesn't go in my mouth if I don't want to write it down ;).
Anyway- gotta go do the mom thing- See you soon!
